An Enraged Emperor! Following the heinous attack on Dean Ambrose last week, which led to emergency surgery, Roman Reigns was beyond ready for payback. Roman was called into Kurt Angle’s office and was told by the Raw General Manager that he had Samoa Joe all to himself. Roman Reigns vs Samoa Joe for later tonight.

Renee Young caught up with Roman Reigns before his match against Samoa Joe. Roman said that after what happened last week, tonight was payback for what happened to his brother Dean Ambrose. High on rage and fury, Roman said that after all was said and done, he was leaving Chicago still Champion.

Roman made his way out to the ring. From the look on his face, you can tell that tonight wasn’t about him. Tonight was not about the championship. Tonight was about respecting family. Roman Reigns watched his brother Dean Ambrose being taken out for months due to the attack from Samoa Joe. This means war.

Roman started off the match on fire. He quickly attacked Samoa Joe as soon as the bell rung. The only offense Samoa Joe had during the entire match was when due to a little interruption by the referee, which led to the Cocina Clutch. Reigns was an enraged Samoan who could not be tamed. Roman threw kicks and punches and missed the referees break count, which led to his disqualification.

Disqualification or not, Roman Reigns was not finished yet. Samoa Joe was in for a Samoan Beatdown. Roman Reigns caught Samoa Joe trying to run off. He caught him and ran him into the ring post not once, but twice. If you thought he was done, you would be wrong! Roman Reigns grabbed the steel steps and ran them straight into Samoa Joe. He was thinking about doing it again, but a referee stopped him. Reigns then opted for a chair, but when he swung it Samoa Joe moved out of the way. More referees came out and Samoa Joe slipped past them. Samoa Joe is running now… But for how long?

WWE.com has more on what happened during the match and the aftermath as Roman had Samoa Joe right where he wanted him. Check it out below.

Thank you for interacting with us tonight as we cover Monday Night Raw. We want to wish you and all of your family a Happy Holidays!

The good news for Samoa Joe is that Roman Reigns still hasn’t beaten him one-on-one. The bad news is that The Samoan Submission Machine missed out on the Intercontinental Title, as Reigns decided that, instead of beating Joe, he’d rather beat Joe up.

In other words, Roman remains Intercontinental Champion, even though a burst of excessive aggression forced the ref to call off the match and award the disqualification win to Joe. It’s difficult to blame Roman for the outburst, as Joe’s self-proclaimed “systematic destruction of The Shield” tore Dean Ambrose’s triceps tendon last week, putting The Lunatic Fringe on the shelf for, potentially, up to nine months, and Reigns picked up the torch in truly brutal fashion. The Intercontinental Champion came out swinging, forcing Joe into the uncommon position of fighting from underneath.

That he did, landing a suicide forearm that tweaked Reigns’ left arm. The Big Dog fought back with one good arm to force Joe into the corner, but once the champion threw the ref out of his way to continue his assault, he was disqualified. Freed from the constraints of the contest, however, Reigns went to town, dropping his foe with a targeted assault of Joe’s shoulder that a squadron of officials was powerless to stop. Joe narrowly avoided Reigns’ home-run swing with a steel chair, but the damage may well have been done. Somewhere, Ambrose is most likely smiling. In the backstage area, Seth Rollins visibly was.

A Shield Worthy Appreciation! For 15 years, the WWE has made it their mission to give back a little of what The armed forces freely give every single day. Day in and day out, these brave men and women sacrifice their lives to fight for our freedom. The freedom of life and to be able to choose how we live. One night only, these troops get the night off from fighting and watch as the WWE Superstars including The Shield fight for them.

Tonight The Shield took on The Bar (Cesaro & Sheamus) and Samoa Joe in what was no short of a war. Samoan Drops, Superkicks and Dirty Deeds proved to stun their opponents long enough for Roman Reigns to serve up one hard hitting spear for the win.

Following an all-out brawl between The Shield and Samoa Joe & the Raw Tag Team Champions, the trios battled each other in singles competition on Raw. Although Seth Rollins defeated Sheamus, and Roman Reigns successfully defended the Intercontinental Championship against Cesaro, Samoa Joe managed to defeat Dean Ambrose – no thanks to Jason Jordan – only intensifying the rivalry further.

Despite The Big Dog being set to defend the Intercontinental Title against Samoa Joe on Raw, The Hounds of Justice were ready for a fight, and the USS Dewey provided the perfect backdrop to a Six-Man Tag Team battle pitting The Shield against Samoa Joe and the Raw Tag Team Champions.

There was certainly no love lost between the trios, but The Shield maintained a strong wave of momentum throughout the contest. Although Samoa Joe and the Raw Tag Team Champions did their best to slow The Hounds of Justice, the relentless offense and teamwork of Rollins, Ambrose and Reigns proved to be too much, as the Intercontinental Champion picked up the victory with a ring-shaking Spear to Cesaro.

After the match, The Shield took a moment to thank the brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces in attendance.

A Fighting Champion! Roman Reigns has given all comers a chance at his Intercontinental Championship. He is a fighting champion after all. Reigns has not shied away from anyone including Samoa Joe. Samoa Joe starts off Raw demanding to see Roman. He wants Roman to come out and so does the WWE Universe. Seth Rollins is watching backstage and Dean walks up. Rollins tells him to go get Roman. Roman walks up and looks at the monitor. He tells the boys “I Got This”. Roman heads out to the ring. Once there, he goes straight to Samoa Joe will a full on attack. Cesaro is seen coming to Samoa Joe’s defense. Then Rollins and Ambrose follow behind. It is an all out war. Samoa Joe puts the Coquina Clutch on Roman and takes him out. For coming to Reigns aid, Rollins and Ambrose get taken out as well. What will be Roman’s fate later on when he takes on Cesaro later tonight.

Roman Reigns vs Cesaro starts off with Roman letting out all of his aggression on Cesaro. Hit after hit, Reigns takes it to Cesaro. Soon Cesaro takes over with a Fujiwa Armbar. This takes a lot out of Reigns Shoulder. It doesn’t stop Reigns. Roman Reigns fights back, bringing all he has to Cesaro. Getting out of the second Fujiwa Armbar, Reigns sets up for a Superman Punch. Cesaro blocks it, and corners Roman in the corner. Just when you thought Roman was out for the count, he uses all of his strength to Spear Cesaro into defeat. Checkout WWE.com’s review on what went down below!

Samoa Joe incurred the wrath of The Shield last week, and the experience left him profoundly unimpressed. After managing to singlehandedly upend Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins’ bid for the Raw Tag Team Titles, The Samoan Submission Machine opened Team Red by unleashing a slew of insults in the direction of The Hounds of Justice — particularly in the direction of Roman Reigns, as part of Joe’s continuing efforts to goad the Intercontinental Champion into a fight.

He got what he was looking for, as Reigns answered Joe’s call, only to be waylaid by Cesaro & Sheamus, who instigated a brawl that also brought the remaining members of The Shield charging to the ring. Joe indeed got the better of Reigns in the scuffle with The Bar’s help, but Ambrose — scheduled to face Joe later in the night — was quick to pick up the slack, throwing hands with Joe until Cesaro & Sheamus intervened, dispatching Rollins and feeding The Lunatic Fringe into a Uranage that ended the fight on Joe’s terms.

Roman Reigns’ status as a fighting champion has already landed him in the path of two hungry up-and-comers. This week, it almost cost him the Intercontinental Title. Cesaro was The Big Dog’s challenger of the week, and The Swiss Cyborg threw everything at Reigns to attempt to add a second title to his waist.

Even though Reigns prevailed, 90 percent of the bout was a brutal showcase for the challenger, who absolutely decimated Reigns’ arm to take the Superman Punch out of the game by way of some wrenching holds and a thunderous Cesaro Swing into the barricade. Effectively rendered one-armed by his challenger’s game plan, Reigns had to get crafty — rollups, Drive-By, Samoan Drop — to stay in the fight, and when the fight spilled to the outside, Reigns threw caution to the wind and landed a Superman Punch off the steps.

It seemed the high-risk strike would put Reigns back in control, but all it did was send Cesaro into a blind frenzy. A few close calls aside, The Swiss Superman firmly seized control of the match by pulverizing the champion with European uppercuts and hauling a dazed Reigns into the center of the ring to set up for the Neutralizer. But a back-body drop thwarted the challenger, and an exhausted Reigns followed that up with a last-ditch Spear to narrowly — very narrowly — retain his title.

RAW GM Kurt Angle opens the show to hype the Tag Team Title and Intercontinental Titles being on the line. Before he can announce Roman’s challenger though, Jason Jordan’s music interrupts him and the young upstart heads to the ring garnering himself a lot of heat. He wants Roman for the title despite his knee being taped up and brings up past opponents that he’s held his own against in the ring. This brought about the appearance of the Intercontinental Champion Roman Reigns who said that he has no interest in facing Jason but rather wants his hands on Samoa Joe. However, Jason verbally attacks Roman for being exactly what the company wants though Roman fires back by saying that he’s earned his keep. Samoa Joe is next and gives Roman five seconds to withdraw his challenge because he ‘knows’ he can’t beat Roman. Jason gets involved in the conversation again, stating that he is tough unlike Joe who only “talks” tough and attacks people from behind. Therefore, Jordan challenges Joe to face him right now. Roman backs him up though… so Jordan nails the champion with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex! Angle ushers his son out of the ring but Roman says Joe can wait til later. As for Jason, we’re doing it right NOW.

MATCH #1: Roman Reigns vs. Jason Jordan for the Intercontinental Championship.

Samoa Joe is watching the match from the top of the entrance ramp. Roman is relentless in his early assault of Jordan even whipping him all the way to the outside of the ring. Roman takes his challenger’s head to the mat and then whips him hard into the barricade as well as the steel steps. When they get back in, Jason tries to mount a comeback but Roman clocks him with right hands and a clothesline to send him back outside the ring again. Roman nails him with the Drive-By and scores the first near fall. Roman uses a chinlock to wear his opponent down but gets drilled into the corner and then back and forth between the opposite buckles. Roman goes shoulder-first into the ringpost and crumbles to the outside.

After the break, Jordan has Roman in an armbar, who eventually fights out with right hands and a couple of massive clotheslines. Roman slugs away on Jordan in the corner and nails him with a running big boot but only gets a two count. Jason manages to counter an attempt at the Superman Punch with a dropkick for a two count. Roman fights back and sends Jordan outside again but another attempt at the Superman Punch is countered when Jordan drives him into the ring steps on two occasions. This gets him a very near fall. Jorda counters a THIRD Superman Punch with a back suplex but yes, it’s another two count.

After a second commercial break, Roman nails Jordan with right hands and scores a DDT for a two count. He then goes to a half-crab on Jordan’s injured knee but he refuses to tap out and cradles Roman for a two count. THIS TIME, the Superman Punch from Roman connects but he only gets a near fall. Roman now goes for the Spear but Jordan kicks him in the head and hits rolling Northern Lights Suplexes (while selling the knee very well) for a near fall. Jordan goes for something but Roman counters and hits the Superman Punch/Spear combo for the big win.

WINNER via PINFALL: Roman Reigns (20:36)

After the match, Samoa Joe hits the ring and immediately puts Roman in the Coquina Clutch but Jason comes up from behind and nails the Samoan with a back suplex! Joe wants to go back in but the referee stops him. After that, Roman decides to hit Jordan with the Superman Punch to send him out of the ring.

Backstage in the locker room Roman Reigns tells his boys he did his part and now it is up to Dean and Seth.

Seth says the New Day isn’t here to ruin things.  Seth says after they win tonight, they will all . . .

Dean asks Seth if the match is tonight.  Dean says he is kidding and he has been visualizing knocking out more of Cesaro’s teeth and they will be champions again.

We go to commercial.

MATCH #6: The Bar vs. Ambrose & Rollins for the RAW Tag Team Championship

Ambrose starts off with Cesaro but that doesn’t last long as Sheamus is tagged in and Dean-O hammers away at both of them. He goes for the tag to Rollins but Cesaro pulls him off the apron at the last second, which allows Sheamus to take over. The Bar use some basic double-teaming to take over with Sheamus putting Dean on the top rope. He flings over and tags Rollins though, who takes Sheamus down with a sling blade for a two count. Sheamus takes an UGLY clothesline to the floor but they both avoid a plancha. Sheamus drives Rollins into the post though and we take a break.

Sheamus maintains control over Rollins choking him against the ropes and then deprives the fans of counting along with him before tagging in Cesaro, who manages a two count. Sheamus now wears down Rollins with an overhead wristlock but Seth fights out and plants him with a DDT. Cesaro cuts him off from making a tag and goes to work on the arm. Again, Rollins goes for a tag but this time Cesaro boots Ambrose in the face to cut it off. The Bar executes a press slam/uppercut combo for two. Rollins is finally able to make the tag and Ambrose is a house of fire. Ambrose takes down Cesaro, hits a seated dropkick on Sheamus but then runs right into a Cesaro uppercut. Ambrose rolls through a cross-body for a two count before countering another move with a cradle for a near fall. He goes for Dirty Deeds but Sheamus breaks it up. Dean then ducks the Brogue Kick and rolls up Cesaro for another two count. Sheamus finally manages to get a shot in on Ambrose to turn the momentum but Dean is able to rana Cesaro into the corner and gets the tag. Rollins immediately comes in with the superplex/falcon arrow combo on Sheamus but Cesaro breaks it up at the last second. Cesaro tags himself in and goes for the Neutralizer. Rollins counters but Cesaro counters that, goes for it again but Rollins counters hits the knee to the face for a two count… broken up by Sheamus. After that, Sheamus unleashes a relentless assault on Rollins… and we have a DQ finish. Sheaus is elated that his plan has worked.

BUT WAIT!

Kurt Angle comes out and says that this match is not over and will continue as a No DQ match. The champs slowly back up towards the ring and are taken out with stereo dives by the Shield! Cesaro is taken into the crowd while Sheamus is sent into the steps. Back in the ring, Dean hits a clothesline and Rollins gets a top-rope splash but it only gets two. Suddenly, Samoa Joe is out thereand he kills both guys in quick succession. Roman Reigns runs down to go after Joe and takes out Cesaro on the way but one Brogue Kick from Sheamus puts Ambrose down for the count.

Reigning Gold? After going to war with The New day at Survivor Series and coming out victorious, The Shield has their sights set on gold. Wait where does that leave Roman? Roman is a guest on MizTv tonight on Raw and he will let the WWE Universe into his future plans.
The Miz calls out Roman Reigns and the entire Shield come out. Miz says that he only wanted Roman, but we all know Roman is never alone. The Miz tries to take credit for The Shield reuniting, but the boys are not having any of it. Roman tells Miz since Ambrose and Rollins are going after gold, he wants gold of his own. He challenges The Miz to an Intercontinental Championship match tonight. The Miz says in order for that to happen, Roman has to go through the Miztourage. The entire Shield jumps the Miztourage ending the beating with a Triple Powerbomb.

Roman Reigns vs The Miz ended Raw for the night. Roman quickly wanted to beat down The Miz, but Miz tucked his tail and ran. Roman gave chase quickly catching up with him and smacking him in the face. Soon Miz blocked Roman’s Drive by and caught him with a kick to the stomach. Miz rolls in the ring leaving Reigns on the outside. Roman takes his time just beating the count of 10. After the commercial break, Roman is still in control. After a hard fought fight, it all went his way with A SPEAR!

YOUR WINNER AND NEWWW WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION ROMAN REIGNS!!!

Here is what WWE.com has to say about the new Grand Slam Champion.

Not wanting to be left out of The Shield’s collective pursuit of championship glory, Roman Reigns decided he wanted a title of his own during an interview on “Miz TV.” And with Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins going after the Raw Tag Team Titles, the closest prize available was The Miz’s Intercontinental Championship. A scant two hours later, and that championship had a new home in the trophy case of The Big Dog’s yard.

Yes, Reigns is officially the new Intercontinental Champion, having picked apart The A-Lister in Raw’s main event. Minus the safety net of The Miztourage, who were taken out by The Shield earlier in the night, The A-Lister gave The Big Dog a tougher fight than perhaps he was expecting — those It Kicks found their mark even with Reigns’ extra protection, and The Awesome One chop-blocked Reigns out of the air in the middle of a Superman Punch.

Despite a truly impressive effort by the champion and a last-minute interference by Cesaro & Sheamus, Reigns had one extra burst left to carry him to glory. The Big Dog kicked out of the Skull-Crushing Finale and emphatically Speared his way to the title after The Shield disposed of The Bar at ringside, setting off a celebration with his brothers to cap a performance that wasn’t just a home run — it was a Grand Slam.

Hounds vs The Unicorns! The Shield has made their return in their first pay per view in a very long time. The Shield debuted at Survivor Series five years ago. This match is a dream match of sorts and puts Raw against SmackDown. The Hounds dominated in 2012 – 2013 and since then have held award winning careers as solo competitors. Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins have nothing to prove as a team. What they want is to make sure The New Day knows that there is one team that is more dominant and stands tall above the rest… The Shield.

This match showed a lot of strength. Big E knocked Roman down, Roman got back up. Vise versa. The Shield has their work cut out for them. Roman Reigns serves up the legendary Samoan Drop. There is a lot of trash talking between the two teams. New Day takes over, Roman and Seth try to rally Ambrose. Ambrose hits a Missile Drop. Ambrose tags in Rollins. This match will set the tone for the entire show. Reigns tags in, hits Woods with a lariate. Woods kicks out. Roman sets up for a Superman Punch, but Xavier blocks it. Woods gets distracted and Roman hits the Superman Punch. All competitors are in the ring. Rollins and Woods are legal. Ambrose dirty deeds Woods for a two count. The match heads outside. New Day singles Reigns on the outside and takes him out of the match. Roman senses his brothers are in trouble and hits Big E with a SPEAR! Reigns tags in. ALL COMPETITORS ARE IN THE RING AND ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE!! Kofi and Reigns are legal. Reigns hits a distracted Kingston with a SPEAR! Roman tags in Rollins and Rollins tags in Ambrose. Reigns climbs to the top rope. WHAT!? TRIPLE POWERBOMB!!! Rollins covers Kingston for the win. Here is more from this world wind of a match, check out WWE.com’s review of this epic match.

Five years after The Shield’s debut, Raw Superstars Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose proved that they’re still the most dominant trio in WWE, defeating SmackDown LIVE’s The New Day in the opening match of Survivor Series 2017.

A sold-out crowd packed inside Houston’s Toyota Center witnessed a dream match that set the visceral tone for the rest of the night’s head-to-head battles for brand supremacy. In the early goings, it was Ambrose — a Superstar more than accustomed to absorbing massive amounts of bodily harm — who sustained the most damage as Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston & Big E isolated The Lunatic Fringe and hit him with two successive Unicorn Stampedes and a massive Big E spear through the ropes and to the floor. However, neither Ambrose nor his Shield brothers would stand down in defense of the red brand.

Faced with an unrelenting trio of foes, The New Day was forced to get even more creative than usual. As Ambrose lay supine on the canvas — once again separated from his then-incapacitated Shield brothers — Kingston climbed to the top rope, Woods hoisted E onto his shoulders, helping The Dreadlocked Dynamo leapfrog over his New Day allies for a punishing splash onto Ambrose. For good measure, Big E leapt onto The Lunatic Fringe himself, crushing Ambrose’s ribs with his 285-pound frame.

When an exhausted Rollins attempted to intervene, E scooped up Rollins and Ambrose, hitting the former Raw Tag Team Champions with a double Midnight Hour that seemed to seal the victory for The New Day and SmackDown LIVE. Enter: The Big Dog.

Returning to the fray after being laid out at ringside, Reigns hit Big E with a thunderous Spear that made landfall on top of the pin attempt, breaking the count. A brawl between both frustrated factions ensued, and a Spear to Kingston led many to believe that The Shield’s signature Triple Powerbomb was on the horizon. Reigns, however, had other ideas, going up to the middle rope instead of getting into his usual position for the move. Ambrose and Rollins got the message, and the reunited Hounds of Justice ended the dream match in nightmarish fashion for Kingston, who suffered an impressive (and impactful) Super Triple Powerbomb. Ambrose scored the pinfall over Kingston, and Raw stood triumphant.

After weeks of sieges and psychological warfare, it was The Shield who scored Raw’s first victory over SmackDown LIVE at Survivor Series. Believe that.

Last week, The New Day’s “Under Siege: Part II” led to the defrocking of Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins as Raw Tag Team Champions and more than a little embarrassment for Raw General Manager Kurt Angle, who failed to prevent SmackDown LIVE from infiltrating Raw for the second time. However, with Roman Reigns back in the game after an illness, The Hounds of Justice are coming to collect.

Furious over Angle’s selection of Jason Jordan to Raw’s Survivor Series team (SmackDown LIVE answered by picking John Cena) and unimpressed with his promise to start the Survivor Series match himself, Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon was seemingly about to fire The Olympic Hero. Before she could get the words out, however, The Shield emerged and vouched for the WWE Hall of Famer as a leader. And as for The New Day making “fools” of The Hounds last week, as Stephanie stated? Reigns had an idea of his own: A fight between the two teams at Survivor Series. And The New Day accepted. Hounds vs. Unicorns it is.

It’s official: They’re back. In their first Six-Man Tag Team Match in over three years, The Shield got back to business in absolutely ferocious fashion, making a meal of The Miz, Cesaro & Sheamus, sending themselves into battle against The New Day on a high note and turning their opponents’ tough talk on an earlier “Miz TV” on its head.

Well, in fairness, The A-Lister (who’s got either Baron Corbin or Sin Cara lined up for Sunday) and The Bar (staring down The Usos) did get a leg up on The Hounds of Justice with a surprisingly coordinated plan of attack. But the three champions’ lead over The Shield was as tenuous as the countless other Six-Man teams who have tried them, and once The Shield disposed of The Bar with a Superman Punch (to Cesaro) and Dirty Deeds (to Sheamus), Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins fed Miz into a Spear from Roman Reigns before all three put him away with the bone-crunching Triple Powerbomb.

It’s Shield night as WWE isn’t exactly being subtle with this one. Last week we saw the trio standing in the same room and basically saying they were getting back together, though the question is how long they’ll be able to keep this going. Your trivia for the night: the team debuted in Indianapolis, split in Indianapolis and seems to be reuniting in Indianapolis. I don’t know if WWE did that on purpose but well done if they did. Let’s get to it.

Reunited! For weeks, fans have wondered if The Shield would get back together. The Miz and his Miztourage have been making light on how destructive the Shield was. On last week’s Raw, all three members of The Shield had contact with Miz, Miztourage and The Bar (Cesaro and Sheamus). At the end of the show, the WWE Universe saw Roman Reigns sitting alone backstage and both Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose walk up. Can The Shield put aside past differences and unite as one unite? Here’s how WWE.com says it all went down.

They’re Bravo-Alpha-Charlie-Kilo. Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns didn’t just reunite in earnest for the first time in three years to crash “Miz TV,” they showed they haven’t lost a step, despite the lengthy layoff.

While The Miz, Cesaro, Sheamus and Curtis Axel (Bo Dallas was recuperating) crowed over beating the brothers-in-arms down last week (The Bar and Axel received Mizzies for their assistance), The Hounds of Justice showed that Miz might have been off the mark when he insisted their time had passed them by. In fact, the three former WWE Champions responded to The A-Lister’s boasts by circling the ring and administering a beatdown straight out of The Shield’s greatest hits, laying out all four Superstars and sealing the reunion with a ring-shaking Triple Powerbomb to The Awesome One and a fist-bump over his prone body.

And, as it turns out, The Miz might have gotten even more than he bargained for, as Raw General Manager Kurt Angle decided to give the Intercontinental Champion the spotlight he craved by placing him and The Bar in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match against The Shield at WWE TLC. As Much as Miz seemed as though he couldn’t believe it, The Olympic Hero assured him: It’s true.

Braun Strowman’s monstrous tear through the roster continued at the expense of Matt Hardy, who had the unfortunate task of facing The Monster Among Men one-on-one, but The Gift of Destruction went from hunter to hunted in the blink of an eye when The Shield came knocking.

Hardy turned in a gritty, turn-back-the-clock effort against Strowman that saw him land a Twist of Fate, only Strowman to kick out at one, retorting with two chokeslams and a Running Powerslam for the win. After the match, Strowman looked primed to put Hardy through the LED screen a la Curt Hawkins, but he was quickly interrupted by The Hounds of Justice, who met him on the stage, overwhelmed the monster and plunged him through the announce table with an incredible Triple Powerbomb

But The Gift of Destruction’s fate will remain entwined with The Shield’s for the foreseeable future. Not only did Kurt Angle sanction Strowman vs. Reigns in a Steel Cage next week, but Ambrose’s offhanded remark that The Shield could take out four or five opponents at once were noted by The Miz, who recruited The Monster Among Men to be that very same fourth man at WWE TLC.
