He signed with the WWE in 2010, where he worked in the developmental sector FCW under different variations of his name until settling on Roman Reigns. He made his main roster debut in November 2012 alongside Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose as the Shield. Reigns is a 3-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion, a one-time WWE Tag Team Champion (with Rollins), and was the 2015 Royal Rumble winner. He has many achievements including Superstar of the Year, and setting records at both Survivor Series and Royal Rumble. He has main evented Wrestlemania 3x including Wrestlemania 32 where he became 3-time World Heavyweight Champion. Backstage Segment

Renee Young is in the interview area with Roman Reigns. Renee mentions that Reigns blocked Plan A on Monday night. Roman says that Orton is Plan A because he is the spoiled baby and Daddy is always protecting him. When you get hit with the Superman punch, you don’t worry about a plan. He says that makes him a wanted man. One versus all.

Renee asks Roman about his match with Alberto Del Rio. Roman says that Alberto is not on his side so he is part of all. Alberto cannot stop the one and he better have a plan because Roman has the punch.

Match Number Six: Roman Reigns vs.  Alberto Del Rio

They lock up and Reigns backs Del Rio into the corner and Del Rio tries for a punch but Reigns blocks it and he punches Del Rio. Del Rio with a kick and punch. Del Rio starts to work on the arm and he wraps it in the ropes. Del Rio with an arm breaker using the knees and then Del Rio goes for the float over into the cross arm breaker but Reigns is able to send Del Rio over the top rope to the floor and we go to commercial.

We are back and Reigns punches Del Rio and sends him into the turnbuckles. Del Rio with a kick to Reigns but Reigns with a Samoan drop. Reigns clotheslines Del Rio over the top rope to the floor. Reigns goes to the floor and he tries to send Del Rio into the ring post but Del Rio gets to his feet and he sends Reigns into the ring post. Del Rio pulls Reigns’ shoulder into the post and then Del Rio with a super kick to the shoulder. Del Rio with punches on the floor.

They get back into the ring before the ten count and Del Rio gets a near fall. Del Rio with an arm bar, but Reigns punches Del Rio. Reigns goes to the turnbuckles but Del Rio pulls Reigns down and he hangs from the turnbuckles while Del Rio goes up top and hits a double stomp. Reigns rolls to the floor so Del Rio cannot get the pinfall or submission.

Del Rio slams the left arm into the ring steps and then they return to the ring. Del Rio gets a near fall. Del Rio with an arm bar. Reigns with punches but Del Rio with an Irish whip followed by a step up enzuigiri for a near fall. Del Rio tells Reigns to get up and he punches Reigns and he returns to the arm bar.

Reigns with head butts and he runs Del Rio into the turnbuckles. Reigns puts Del Rio on the turnbuckles but Del Rio with a cross arm breaker in the ropes and Reigns pulls Del Rio up and punches him to send Del Rio to the floor.

Reigns picks up Del Rio and sends him into the apron and the ringside barrier. Reigns sends Del Rio into the announce table and then back into the ring. Del Rio misses a clothesline and Reigns with a clothesline. Reigns runs into an elbow and a knee. Del Rio kicks Reigns but Reigns with a clothesline and Del Rio hangs over the ropes. Reigns goes to the floor but it was a trap and Reigns misses the Juggernaut Drop Kick. Del Rio with a baseball slide to Reigns.

Del Rio kicks Reigns and they return to the ring and he gets a near fall. Del Rio puts Reigns on the turnbuckles and puts him in the tree of woe and Del Rio with kicks to the midsection while the referee warns him. Del Rio goes for a shoulder tackle but Reigns pulls himself up and Del Rio goes into the ring post. Reigns with the Juggernaut Drop Kick and then he sets for the Superman Punch. Reigns connects with the Superman punch and then he follows with a spear for the three count.

Winner: Roman Reigns

We start off with John Cena making his way to the ring because he is the WWE World Champion.

We take a look at what happened at the end of Raw last week with Reigns and Cena together in the ring raising each other’s hand.

John tells everyone that the champ is here. John says that we have a feisty crowd. It is because we are six days away from Battleground. John says that he tells everyone to sign up for the free preview of the WWE Network. You should do it because of the WWE Title. John says that in six days, the champ might not be here.

He has been put in a Fatal Four Way match by the Authority to face Kane, Randy Orton, and Roman Reigns. John points out that he does not have to be pinned to lose the title.

Roman Reigns’ music plays and he makes his way through the crowd and to the ring.

John says that the people of Richmond are chanting his name so he introduces everyone to Roman Reigns. John says that Roman is his partner tonight, but they are opponents on Sunday. John thanks Roman for what he did last week because he was in a bad way. He liked the stunt that Roman pulled at the end. He is not to be ignored. It is every man for themselves on Sunday, but they have to get there.

Roman might not trust John, but it was the Authority.

Roman interrupts John and then John says that they should handle the Authority tonight and get them out of the way so on Sunday we can see if Roman is as good as he thinks he is.

Roman says that they should get rid of Orton and Kane so it can be the two of them on Sunday. We can see if John is as good as he thinks he is.

Dean Ambrose interrupts and he says that he understands the testosterone in the ring, but enough of the prettiest girl at the dance. They have to deal with the Authority. Dean has a Plan and it is Plan Screw the Authority and it happens when Roman and John get finished and they kick the Authority’s asses.

Dean looks around and sees Kane, Seth Rollins, and Randy Orton. Dean tries to fight off all three men, but it is too much. Dean goes after them again but Kane sends Ambrose into a metal door. Orton and Rollins send Ambrose into the door two times.

The Authority continues their attack on Ambrose and John Cena and Roman Reigns are nowhere to be found. Kane choke slams Ambrose onto a case.

Ambrose asks them if that is all they got.

Rollins hits Black Out on Ambrose.

Roman Reigns and John Cena are in the locker room and Cena says that it is just the two of them against the Authority. Cena wants Roman to stand up. He says that Roman wants to be WWE Champion, but he has to trust him. Neither of them will be champion if they do not stand together.

Roman says that he understands numbers games and since they took one out, they will have to take out all three of them.

We go to commercial.

Renee Young is in the ring and she brings out Ric Flair.

Ric says that they are live in Richmond, Virginia. He says that he has had some fun in this city. He tells everyone to ask their mothers and fathers. Flair says that Virginia is for Lovers. Flair struts around Renee and woooos.

Renee asks Ric who he thinks will win the Main Event at Battleground. Flair says that there is only one man who can strike like a viper. There is one man who can go through hellfire and brimstone. There is one man you can believe in. The man who will win at Battleground is his man . . . John Cena.

Roman Reigns comes through the crowd to get in the ring with Ric before his match with John Cena against Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, and Kane.

Roman and Ric shake hands and Flair leaves the ring.

Flair shakes Cena’s hand as he comes to the ring.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Eight: John Cena and Roman Reigns versus Seth Rollins, Kane, and Randy Orton

Rollins and Cena start off and the crowd acknowledges the good and bad about Cena. Rollins with a side head lock and Cena with a shoulder tackle. Orton tags in and he puts Cena in a side head lock. Cena with a back elbow. Kane tags in Cena with a waist lock into a side head lock. Kane with a shoulder tackle and Cena backs into the corner.

Reigns tags himself in. Kane with a kick and uppercut followed by a punch but Reigns with punches. Kane with a knee and Reigns with a head butt and punch. Reigns climbs the turnbuckles and he punches Kane. Kane with an uppercut to a charging Reigns. Reigns drops Kane on the top rope and then Reigns goes to the turnbuckles and he punches Kane.

Reigns with an Irish whip and clothesline into the corner. Orton is knocked off the apron and Kane with a shoulder and Rollins is tagged in.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Kane with a rear chin lock on Reigns. Reigns with punches when he gets back to his feet. Kane and Reigns exchange punches. Reigns with a flying clothesline and both men are dwon. Cena and Rollins tag in and Cena with two flying shoulder tackles followed by a Blue Thunder Bomb. Cena signals for the Five Knuckle Shuffle and he hits it. Cena gets Rollins up on his shoulders but he sees Kane trying to interfere. Rollins with a drop kick. Rollins backs Cena into the corner.

Orton tags in and he punches Cena. Orton gets a near fall. Orton with a reverse chin lock. Cena with a drop kick and both men are down. Cena knocks Rollins off the apron but Orton with a back breaker for a near fall. Kane tags in and he hits a leg drop. Kane gets a near fall.

Cena with punches and he tries to get Kane up on his shoulders but he collapses under Kane’s body weight. Kane gets a near fall. Rollins tags in and he punches Cena. Rollins with a kick to the chest and then he gets a near fall. Rollins with a sleeper and he gets on Cena’s back to add more pressure.

Cena with a snap mare but Rollins with a back heel kick and then Rollins with two rolling suplexes but Cena hits one to counter Seth’s attempt at a third one. Orton and Reigns tag in and Reigns with a clothesline and he punches Kane. Reigns with a flying clothesline followed by a clothesline and punch. Reigns with a broad jump drop kick to Orton hanging over the bottom rope.

Reigns sets for the Superman punch and he hits it on Kane. Reigns avoids Rollins coming off the top turnbuckle and Reigns clotheslines him to the floor. Reigns with a Samoan drop to Orton. Kane attacks Reigns from behind and Orton joins in.

The referee rings the bell while Orton and Kane work over Reigns.

Winners: John Cena and Roman Reigns (by disqualification)

Cena takes care of Kane but Cena back drops Orotn to the apron. Kane goes after Cena but Cena moves and Kane knocks Orton off the apron. Cena punches Kane and then he gets Kane on his shoulders and Kane gets to his feet. Orton avoids Reigns and Reigns spears Cena. Kane takes care of Reigns.

Orton hits an RKO on Kane.

Orton poses in the corner but he turns into a spear from Reigns.

Here are Lana and Rusev to open things up. Lana rips on the leaders of America and Canada, saying they’re just like Roman Reigns: all style and no substance. Reigns cuts her off and stares down the evil foreigners. This is his ring and Rusev actually thinks he can crush Reigns. Reigns says try it and threatens to put his fist across Rusev’s face.

Lana says be careful what you wish for but Reigns wants a referee out here right now. The look on Rusev’s face is hilarious as he looks surprised with his mouth wide open. A referee comes out and is ready for the match but Lana says not on Reigns’ terms. Roman didn’t sound good on the mic here. He’s still finding his style.

Rusev vs. Roman Reigns

They lock up to start until Rusev kicks at the legs to take over. Reigns cleans house with right hands and knocks Rusev to the floor as we take a break. Back with Rusev controlling with a nerve hold before he drops Reigns with a spinwheel kick. We hit the nerve hold again before Reigns’ comeback is squashed by a kick to the chest. The fans think Russia sucks and help Roman fight out of the third nerve hold. A running clothesline drops the Russian and a Samoan drop does it again. The apron kick has Lana freaking out and there’s the Superman Punch, drawing in Orton for the DQ at 9:25.

Result: Roman Reigns b. Rusev via DQ when Randy Orton interfered (9:25)

Rusev lays Roman out but Lana orders Rusev out of the ring instead of CRUSH. Orton heads inside and hits an RKO to end the show.

Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring and he has something to say.

Roman says that unlike some people, he comes to the ring with a point. He says that Triple H says that he was put in the match at Battleground because it is best for business. Maybe he can neutralize John Cena. Maybe Triple H thinks Kane can neutralize him, but he cannot. That would mean that Randy Orton would walk out with the WWE Title, but he won’t. Roman says that he assesses and attacks. That will not happen.

Roman says that he is a wanted man, but he has a hair trigger. Roman responds to the fans chanting ‘Cena sucks’ when John is not even in the ring. Roman says that he doesn’t care if the Authority is here because they are irrelevant. He does not care what Randy Orton thinks. Roman says that he is the next WWE Champion and you can BELIEVE THAT

Kane’s pyro goes off and he stands on the stage.

Roman asks if Kane is standing in for the Authority since they aren’t here. He says that Kane looks like Triple H’s lap dog. Roman says that Kane is Randy Orton’s bitch.

Kane makes his way to the ring and Reigns meets him at ringside and Reigns with punches and kicks. Kane with a punch and he sends Reigns into the ringside barrier. They go into the ring for a moment but Reigns clotheslines Kane over the ringside barrier and into the crowd. They continue to brawl in the crowd.

They return to the ringside area and Kane sends Reigns into the post. Kane rolls Reigns into the ring and officials make their way to the ring to try to separate Kane and Reigns. Kane with a choke slam to one of the referees and Reigns punches Kane.

Agents make their way to the ring to try to stop this situation. Finlay pushes Reigns and then Reigns takes care of Jamie Noble. Reigns with a spear to Finlay and then he hits a Superman Punch on Kane.

We go to commercial.

Renee Young is with John Cena in the interview area. She asks John about the pressure on him at Battleground as well as his match against Seth Rollins. John says that he is the biggest target in the WWE. He has a briefcase over his head. He has a match at Battleground where he can lose the title without losing the match. He has to keep his head on a swivel.

John says that the titles are a symbol of handling his business.

Roman Reigns wishes John luck in his match.

John says that he doesn’t need luck tonight.

Roman tells John that he will need a ton of it at Battleground.

We go to commercial.

Roman Reigns comes out during Rollins vs. Cena match

Roman Reigns’ music plays and he makes his way to the ring at his on pace. Kane goes after Reigns but Reigns with a Superman punch to Kane and then one to Orton. Rollins hits Reigns with the briefcase and then he hits Cena with the case.

Rollins brings a referee to the ring because the one who did the match isn’t good enough.

Before Seth can officially cash in, Dean Ambrose attacks Seth Rollins and he clotheslines Rollins over the top rope to the floor and Ambrose goes to the floor like Mick Foley. They fight up the ramp.

Cena gives Orton an Attitude Adjustment. Kane grabs Cena by the throat and Reigns spears Kane.

Reigns raises Cena’s hand, but Cena sees the smile on Reigns’ face. Cena raises Reigns’ arm. Reigns’ raises Cena’s arm again as they continue to one up the other.

We go to credits.

The Shield attacks Jack Swagger after his match

After Swagger’s match, The Shield make their way to the ring and they surround the ring with Swagger down after being defeated by Cesaro.

The Shield enter the ring while Swagger struggles to get back to his feet. Swagger turns into the Superman Punch by Reigns and then Rollins and Ambrose hoist Swagger up for the Cerberus Bomb.

Dean Ambrose has a mic and he says that there is a line Triple H keeps repeating. Is it ‘Adapt or Perish’?

Rollins takes the mic and he says that it looks like Swagger failed to adapt.

Reigns says that they are just getting started and to believe that.

Backstage Segment

3MB are in the back and they talk about their plans but Seth Rollins stops by to say hello. Heath asks if this is a three on one situation. Dean Ambrose stops by and then Heath says that they can deal with this later tonight when they take them out. Roman Reigns stops by and he has Heath paralyzed by fear while Rollins and Ambrose take care of Drew and Jinder. Ambrose with a knee to Slater and then Reigns takes care of Slater with a Superman punch. The Shield move on while we see the carnage.

We go to commercial.

Brad Maddox is in the office and he is on the phone. The Shield enter and they interrupt Brad’s phone call. Brad says that this is not the way to get out your frustrations. Reigns grabs Brad by the tie and then Roman sends Brad into the wall. Dean leaps off the couch onto Brad and he punches and kicks him.

They leave the office and we go to commercial.

Match Number Five: Santino Marella and Emma vs. Fandango and Layla El

While Santino and Emma wait for Layla and Fandango to come to the ring, The Shield attack Fandango on the stage. Rollins and Ambrose pull Fandango to the edge of the stage and then they pick up Fandango for a Cerberus Bomb off the stage and through a table.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Five: Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns versus Titus O’Neil, Ryback, Alberto Del Rio, Damien Sandow, and Wade Barrett

Ryback and Rollins start things off. Ryback with a kick and side head lock take down. Ryback with a shoulder tackle but Rollins with a drop kick. Rollins with a side head lock and Reigns tags in and he connects with a head butt to the ribs and then to the head. Reigns kicks Ryback and Ambrose tags in. Ambrose with punches.

Ambrose with knees and Ryback pushes Ambrose away. Rollins tags in and he punches Ryback. Rollins goes up top and he goes for a cross body but Ryback catches him and slams Rollins. Titus tags in and he kicks Rollins. Titus with a slam but he misses an elbow drop. Rollins with a chop and Ambrose tags in. Ambrose with a forearm to the head and he connects with knees while he has Titus in a cravate.

Ambrose with a forearm across the face and Reigns tags in and he punches Titus. Reigns with a short arm clothesline for a near fall. Reigns with a side head lock and Ambrose tags in. Ambrose with a kick to the midsection followed by punches. Titus backs Ambrose into his corner and Barrett tags in and he punches and kicks Ambrose. Barrett tries for a suplex but Ambrose blocks it.

Rollins tags in and they hit a double suplex on Barrett and then Ryback and Sandow try to interfere but the Shield fight them off and we go to commercial.

We are back and Barrett with a snap mare to Ambrose. Barrett with a side head lock but Ambrose with a punch to Barrett and then he goes after more people on the apron but he turns around into a boot from Barrett and Wade gets a near fall.

Del Rio tags in and he kicks Ambrose and hits a drop kick for a near fall. Del Rio with a reverse chin lock. Ambrose gets to his feet and he knees Del Rio. Del Rio with an Irish whip and step up enzuigiri for a near fall. Ambrose is sent to the floor and Ryback gets a shot in on Ambrose.

Del Rio sends Ambrose back into the ring and he tags in Ryback. Ryback with a kick and slam. Ryback with a splash for a near fall. Ryback with a reverse chin lock. Ryback with forearms across the chest but Ambrose gets to his feet and he sends Ryback into the turnbuckles. Ryback with a spinebuster and he gets a near fall. Rollins goes after the other corner and Ryback sends Rollins through the ropes to the floor.

Ryback sets for the lariat but Ambrose moves. Del Rio goes for a splash in the ropes but Ambrose moves and Del Rio goes through the ropes to the floor. Reigns and Sandow tag in and Reigns with a clothesline and then he knocks Barrett off the apron. Reigns with a leaping clothesline to Sandow and then one to Titus. Reigns with a Samoan drop to Ryback. Reigns with a uranage to Sandow for a near fall.

All eight men are in the ring and Reigns clotheslines Titus and Ryback over the top rope to the floor. Ambrose sends Titus into the ring steps while Rollins works over Ryback. Reigns with the long jump drop kick to Sandow. Reigns sets for the Superman Punch but Del Rio and Barrett get into the ring and the referee sends them to the apron.

Barrett and Del Rio start to go up the ramp. Rollins with a flip dive onto Ryback and then Rollins and Ambrose with stereo suicide dives onto Sandow and Titus. Del Rio goes up the ramp while Barrett takes a detour, which is a smart thing, because Del Rio walks into a Superman punch from Reigns on the stage.

The Shield go back to the ring and they send Sandow into the ring. Sandow turns around into a drop kick from Ambrose and a spear from Reigns for the three count.

Winners: Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins

After the match, Ambrose rolls Titus back into the ring and Reigns with a spear to Titus. They pick up Rybck and send him into the ring for a spear. Rollins and Ambrose pick up Ryback for the Cerberus Bomb.

Match Number Four: Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso versus Batista and Randy Orton in a Non Title Match

The Usos go after Orton and Batista and they throw Orton to the floor. Jimmy and Jey hit stereo planchas onto Batista and Orton.

Orton and Jimmy start things off and Orton with a kick and punches. Orton with an Irish whip but Jimmy slides into the corner and he punches Orton. Jey tags in and he hits a forearm in the corner and gets a near fall. Orton with a punch and kicks but Jey with a forearm. Orton with a back breaker and he tags in Batista.

Batista kicks Jey and works on his back in the ropes. Batista with a hard Irish whip followed by a suplex and he gets a near fall. Orton tags in and he goes for the Garvin Stomp and he runs his laces across the face. Orton has a punch blocked and Jey with punches and a chop. Orton sends Jay to the mat and Orton chokes him in the ropes. Batista tags in and he punches Jey.

Jey with a kick but Batista with a spinebuster for a near fall. Jey with a Samoan drop and he gets a near fall. Orton sends Jimmy into the announce table and apron but from out of nowhere, The Shield attack Orton and the referee calls for the bell.

Winners: Batista and Randy Orton (by disqualification)

The Shield sends Orton into the ringside barrier and then they surround Batista, who is in the ring by himself. Batista goes after Rollins and then Ambrose to send them off the apron and to the floor. Reigns with a Superman punch and Batista goes down and he goes down hard.

We are back and Hunter tells Brad Maddox to find the Shield and tell them they have a match tonight in the main event. Brad asks if he should tell them who their opponents are and Stephanie tells him no.

Match Number Ten: Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns vs. Alberto Del Rio, Jack Swagger, Fandango, Heath Slater, Jinder Mahal, Drew McIntyre, Titus O’Neil, Curtis Axel, Ryback, Alexander Rusev, Wade Barrett

They bring Slater into the ring and they surround him while the referee holds The Shield back.

Slater and Rollins start and Rollins with a kick and he punches Slater. Ambrose tags in and he punches Slater. Reigns tags in and he head butts Slater. Reigns with another head butt and he sends Slater into the turnbuckles and kicks Slater. Rollins tags in and he kicks Slater and runs his forearm across the face. Slater with a punch but Rollins with an enzuigiri and Barrett breaks up the cover.

Amborse attacks Barrett and the referee holds Ambrose back while Slater punches Rollins. McIntyre punches Rollins and he tags in Titus. Titus with a back breaker and he tosses Rollins aside and then he barks. Rusev tags in and he kicks Rollins and hits a series of elbow drops. Rusev with a head butt and he tags in Swagger. Swagger with a knee in the corner.

Ryback tags in and he presses Rollins over his head and hits a power slam. Ryback says something to Ambrose before returning to Rollins and he throws Rollins to the floor. Reigns with a spear to Ryback and everyone goes off the apron and we have a fourteen man brawl.

No Contest

Rollins with a flip dive onto everyone and then the Shield get into the ring while the remnants of their opponents are on the floor. The Shield fight off their opponents until the numbers get the better of the Shield.

The attack continues and Ambrose gets kicked in the head by Del Rio while Barrett punches Reigns and Rollins is worked over by the men in the ring.

Evolution’s music plays and Triple H, Randy Orton, and Batista make their way onto the stage.

Hunter tells everyone to leave the ring so they can finish off The Shield.

Orton kicks and punches Rollins while Hunter and Batista join in. Hunter takes control of the situation. Reigns fights off Evolution but Orton with an RKO to Reigns. Orton picks up Reigns for Batista to give him a Batista Bomb. Hunter punches Rollins while Batista kicks Ambrose.

Orton with a boot to Rollins’ midsection. Orton with an RKO to Rollins. Orton and Hunter punch Ambrose while Batista gives Rollins a Batista Bomb. Batista and Orton hit a combination Batista Bomb reverse RKO combination.

Hunter takes the mic and he tells Reigns to get up and show him. Orton and Batista hold Reigns and Hunter tells Reigns to Believe in Evolution. Hunter gives Reigns a Pedigree.

We go to credits.

We are told the Shield and Wyatts will face on Main Event tomorrow! Daniel Bryan vs Triple H is up next.

We return and are shown the opening segment from tonight.

We go backstage with Stephanie, The Shield, and Kane. Stephanie says all of them have to make sure that Triple H needs to be champion. Kane then gets upset with the Shield and says that they are thought of as nameless faces to the Authority, and that Triple H is the one that sicked all the teams on the Shield on Smackdown. Stephanie then tells Kane to shut up and that she has given them all orders, and that they all must be on the same page tonight. Kane understands and The Shield with a look of disdain, say they understand everything “crystal clear”. We go to commercial.

Before the main event, Batista, and Orton come to the ring and begin to beat down on Daniel Bryan. Orton hits an RKO on Bryan, and then Batista hits a Batista Bomb. Kane then comes down and hits a chokeslam on Daniel Bryan. Out comes Triple H. We are getting our title match.

Triple H vs Daniel Bryan – WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match

Triple H mocks the Yes Chant, and is about to pick up the win, but out comes the Shield! The Shield stare down Batista, Orton, and Kane from the other side of the ring, with Triple H trying to tell both teams this is not going to happen. The Shield get in the ring and Triple H tells them to step down. Batista, Orton, and Kane then enter the ring. He tells them to step back as well. Triple H then turns around and is hit with a spear!

Winner: No Contest

Everything breaks down, with Kane, Orton, and Batista being taken out. The Shield then surround Triple H! Triple H then turns around and takes the running knee from Daniel Bryan! The Shield and Daniel Bryan stand tall as Monday Night Raw concludes!

Backstage Segment

The Shield are in the back and Kane arrives. He says that they all made some regrettable decisions. Decisions that could have long term implications.

Kane says that they need a United Shield by his side tonight. If Kane cannot count on The Shield, the Authority cannot count on them. Then the Shield ceases becoming an asset and they become a liability. Kane wants to know if he can count on them.  They tell Kane that they are united and they tell Kane to believe them. Kane says that if they do not do what they are told to do, they will find out how replaceable they can be.

Kane In-Ring Segment

Kane makes his way to the ring.

Kane says that as Director of Operations, it is his job to execute what the Authority wants. There are some actions that do not belong in the ring. One of those things is the Occupy Raw stunt from last week. It was dangerous and inappropriate. On behalf of the Authority, he has conducted a thorough investigation. Daniel Bryan could not have pulled off this stunt alone. One man made this possible. This man was a resident of Memphis and allowed people to get in the ring.We will now take action . . . the kind of action that has a place in this ring. Kane asks for Jerry Lawler to come into the ring.

The Shield make their way to the ringside area and they surround Jerry.

Dean tells Jerry to get in the ring and he follows closely behind Jerry to make sure he gets into the ring. Kane removes his jacket and tie. Kane says that they have known each other for a long time and we know that Jerry is not in fighting shape so he will not enjoy this . . . that much. Kane asks Jerry if he has something to say for himself. Seth says that he sees that look in Jerry’s eyes but he has a good feeling that Daniel Bryan is not coming out to save him. The Shield always does what is best for business.

The Shield turn around and set their sights on Kane while Jerry leaves the ring. Kane tells them to listen to him. They are liabilities and don’t know enough about the business. The Shield attack Kane but Kane fights them off for a moment. Rollins with an enzuigiri followed by a spear from Reigns. They pick up Kane for the Cerberus Bomb.

-We get hype for The Shield vs. The Wyatt Family.

The Shield vs. The Wyatt Family
We go to the ring and out first comes Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose through the crowd. The lights go out, the lantern lights up and out comes Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan and Luke Harper.

Before The Wyatts even enter the ring a “this is awesome” chant starts up. Both teams face off with the referee in between them. Bray and Ambrose have words. A “let’s go Wyatt/let’s go Shield” chant starts. Ambrose attacks Bray and here we go. They all start brawling before the bell can even ring. The Shield clear the ring as the referee tries to restore order. More dueling chants from the fans as Bray talks with Rowan and Harper. The bell rings and it’s going to be Rowan starting off with Rollins.

They go at it. Rollins with a big dropkick from a block. Reigns tags in and they beat Rowan down in the corner. Rollins tags right back in but Rowan shoves him away. Rowan with a massive clothesline. Harper tags in for some double teaming. Harper turns it around in the corner and tags in Bray. Bray takes Rollins to the corner and works him over. Rollins ducks a clothesline and tags in Reigns. The crowd pops as Reigns stares down Bray. They go at it. Bray tags back in Harper for some double teaming. Harper tries to suplex Reigns but can’t. Reigns nails a suplex and beats Harper to The Shield’s corner. Ambrose comes in for some double teaming. Rollins tags back in as does Reigns for a triple team move. Reigns with a 2 count on Harper.

Ambrose tags back in and nails a double dropkick. It’s Rollins and Harper going at it now. Rollins with a headbutt as Ambrose tags back in. Quick tags from The Shield here. More back and forth. Harper nails a big dropkick on Ambrose. Bray tags back in and beats down Ambrose. Bray taunts The Shield and tags back in Rowan. Reigns with a big slam and a vise on Ambrose’s head. Harper comes back in and steps on Ambrose’s head. Ambrose and Harper trade shots now. Harper with a big suplex and a 2 count. Ambrose turns it around with a neckbreaker and a tag to Rollins. Rollins unloads on Harper. Rollins with a big leaping right hand in the corner. Rollins goes to the top and knocks Rowan away. Harper runs up and cuts Rollins off. Harper climbs up with a huge super throw on Rollins but Rollins lands on his feet. Rollins sends Harper to the floor and nails a suicide dive. They come back in and Rollins hits a top rope knee to the head. The crowd goes nuts. Rollins misses a knee and Harper nails a big sideslam for a 2 count.

Bray comes back in and turns it around on Rollins. More dueling chants from fans. Rowan tags in and keeps Rollins down. Rowan with a forearm shot to the kidney and another 2 count. The fans chant for tables now. Harper tags back in for a big right hand to the face of Rollins. Harper boots Rollins in the face and taunts him. Harper with a big slap to the face. Harper takes Rollins to the corner for more offense. Harper with the running knee in the corner. Harper catapults Rollins under the second rope. Bray tags back in and drops a knee on Rollins. Bray with a headlock now.

Bray runs into a big boot and goes down. Bray catches Rollins with a chokeslam for a 2 count. Harper runs in and sends Ambrose flying with a boot. Harper tags in and stomps on Rollins. Rollins counters Harper and rallies for a tag now. Reigns tags in as does Rowan. Reigns takes Rowan and Bray out. Reigns with a big Samoan Drop on Rowan. Right hands for Rowan now. Harper tosses Reigns to the floor. Reigns runs around the ring and hits the apron dropkick on Rowan’s head. Reigns comes back in and slams Rowan for a 2 count as Bray breaks the pin. Dean tackles Bray and unloads on him. Harper pulls Ambrose off but Ambrose decks him. Ambrose dropkicks Bray off the apron. Harper leaps out with a suicide dive on Ambrose. Rollins leaps over the top and takes out Harper. Reigns with a close roll up on Rowan. They both collide with clotheslines and go down. Fans pop.

Rollins sends Harper into the ring post. Rollins takes apart the Spanish announce table but Bray stops him. Ambrose makes the save for Rollins as they prepare to put him through a table. Bray and Ambrose tumble over the barrier and brawl in the crowd. Roman and Rowan are still in the ring. They trade shots in the middle of the ring now. Rowan with a knee to the gut before tossing Reigns into the ring post. Rowan yells at Reigns and slaps him. Reigns nails a Superman punch for a 2 count. Rollins and Harper go at it on the floor now. Reigns uses a monitor but Bray runs back over the barrier and drops Rollins. They take apart the normal announcers table now. Harper and Bray put Rollins on top of it and work him over. In the ring, Rowan with a big fallaway slam on Reigns that sends him to the floor. The Wyatt Family stands tall.

Rowan and Harper stand on top of the announce table with Rollins. Bray looks on as they double chokeslam him from one announce table through the Spanish announce table. A huge “holy shit” chant starts. Rollins landed hard. Ambrose is nowhere to be seen. Reigns gets cornered by The Wyatts in the ring now. Bray comes in but Reigns attacks. Rowan beats Reigns down. Harper double teams Reigns in the corner with Rowan. Harper nails a massive big boot on Reigns. Bray tags in and turns upside down in the corner with a smile on his face. Bray kisses Reigns’ head and goes for Sister Abigail but Reigns powers out. Bray hits a headbutt. Reigns powers into a big Samoan Drop. Harper runs in but Reigns tosses him to the floor. Reigns with a Superman punch for Rowan. And one for Bray. Reigns stands tall by himself now. Harper runs in and catches a spear. Bray nails Reigns and hits Sister Abigail for the win.

Winners: The Wyatt Family

– After the match, we go to replays. The last we saw of Dean Ambrose was he and Bray brawling into the crowd. The Wyatts pose on the ramp as we see Reigns and Rollins trying to recover.

-Commercial Break-

Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose vs. Dolph Ziggler and Kofi Kingston

Seth Rollins is on commentary for this match. A replay is shown of Dean Ambrose blind tagging himself in on Monday Night RAW, and he stole a pin from Roman Reigns. Ambrose and Reigns bickered afterward. Cole asks Rollins if there are any problems in The Shield. Rollins says Cole’s insinuation is “asinine.” There are no problems in The Shield. Ambrose took advantage of a situation he thought was his to take.

Dean Ambrose and Kofi Kingston start the match off. They lock up, and Ambrose applies a hammerlock before executing a headlock takeover. Kingston quickly gets to his feet, so Ambrose wrenches his arm. Kingston flips through it, wrenches Ambrose’s arm, takes him down, and hits a body splash for a two count. Dolph Ziggler is tagged in, and they send Ambrose into the ropes for a double-team hip toss. Ziggler picks up a one count. Ambrose applies a side headlock, so Ziggler whips him off. Ambrose takes him down with a shoulder block and hits the ropes, but Ziggler takes him down with a right hand. Ziggler starts dropping some “heart stopping” elbows. Ziggler drops ten in total for a near fall. Ambrose powers Ziggler to his corner, and Roman Reigns tags in. Reigns takes him down with an uppercut before choking him on the ropes. Reigns wrenches the arm, and Ambrose is tagged back in. Ambrose kicks Ziggler in the face and drops a quick elbow for a two count. Ambrose goes for a suplex, but Ziggler counters out and dropkicks him down.

Kingston is tagged in, and he takes Ambrose down with a flying chop before dropkicking Reigns off the apron. Kingston takes Ambrose down with some shops and a dropkick. Kingston goes for a jumping punch, but Ambrose catches him and hot shots him on the top rope. Reigns is tagged in, and he goes to ringside to hit Kingston with a running dropkick to the skull.

-Commercial Break-

We come back from the break to see Ambrose hit Kingston with a double-arm suplex for a two count. Ambrose quickly applies a chin lock, but Kingston soon fights up and gets out. Kingston hits the ropes, but Ambrose knees him in the midsection. Ambrose sets him up on the top rope and clubs away at him. Ambrose goes for a double-arm suplex off the top rope, but Kingston head-butts him away. Kingston then takes him down with a cross-body block. Ambrose stops Kingston from tagging Ziggler. Ambrose blocks a kick, and Kingston lays him out with an enzuigiri.

Ziggler and Reigns are tagged in. Ziggler ducks a clothesline and takes him down with a running cross-body. Ziggler punches him a few times before hitting a dropkick. Ziggler then splashes him in the corner and does the ten punches. Ziggler then pulls him out of the corner and hits a neckbreaker. Ziggler goes for the famouser, but Reigns counters into the Moment of Silence. Reigns sets up for the Superman Punch, but he stops when it looks like Ambrose was going to tag himself in like on Monday. Reigns jaw jacks with Ambrose. Kingston pulls Ambrose of the apron. Reigns then turns into a DDT from Ziggler for a near fall. Rollins gets off commentary to try to attack Kingston. Kingston fights him off and goes for Trouble in Paradise, but Rollins avoids it. Ambrose then sends Kingston into the barricade. In the ring, Ziggler goes for the Zig-Zag, but Reigns holds on to the ropes. Reigns then takes him down with the Superman Punch and waits in the corner for him to get up. Reigns then splits him in half with a Spear! Reigns then tags Ambrose in to let him pick up the win. Ambrose stares at Reigns before covering Ziggler for the win.

Winners by Pinfall: Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose

Ambrose isn’t happy with Reigns for sort of showing him up there, so Rollins gets between them to play peacekeeper again. All of a sudden, the Wyatt Family’s video flashes on the screen, and the lights in the arena go out. Luke Harper appears on the screen whistling a haunting theme. Bray Wyatt then comes into the shot with Erick Rowan, and Wyatt is laughing. Wyatt says The Shield is bickering like children consumed with pride. They’re trying to see who in The Shield has the sharpest teeth. Wyatt says The Shield believes him to be a façade. Wyatt says if they could only see the monster that lives behind his eyes, they would realize how real he is. Harper says those that deny them will be the first ones to burn. Wyatt tells them to “Follow the buzzards.”

After Bray Wyatts Match

Rhodes puts himself on top of his brother to protect him from the Wyatt Family. The Shield appears on the titantron. Dean Ambrose says the Wyatts called them “bickering children,” which is cute. Ambrose warns them because they’re talking to the Hounds of Justice. They have a lot of pride because they are the best unit in this industry. When they get them in the ring at Elimination Chamber, they’ll own them. Seth Rollins says they don’t care if they’re monsters or men. They’re not afraid of them. He’ll scrape the beards off their faces with his boot for costing them an opportunity in the Elimination Chamber. Roman Reigns says the Wyatts don’t understand. One of them would have become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Fortunately for them, they know a few methods for making people understand. Ambrose says it’s time for some justice. Believe in The Shield! They put their fists together as Wyatt yells at the screen.
